Welcome to Konnect Me Video. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with our corporate video production, industrial video production, or 3D animation services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please read this page carefully before initiating a project with us. 

1. About Konnect Me Video

Konnect Me Video is a corporate video production and 3D animation company providing industrial films, brand videos, explainer videos, and visual content solutions to businesses and enterprises.

These Terms apply to all services, projects, and communications between Konnect Me Video (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the client (“Client”, “You”).

2. Project Scope & Video Duration

The duration and scope of the video project are determined based on :

  • The client’s project brief
  • The completed questionnaire
  • Script approval
  • Agreed deliverables

Final video length may vary slightly depending on production requirements and creative execution.

3. Project Timelines & Deadlines

Project timelines are shared at the time of quotation.

We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. However:

  • Timelines depend on timely client approvals and feedback.
  • Delays in feedback may result in deadline extensions.
  • We are not legally liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including client-side delays or unforeseen production issues.

We will keep clients informed throughout the production process.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is divided into two phases:

Phase 1 – Project Initiation

  • After project discussion and proposal approval, a 50% advance payment (or as agreed in writing) is required to initiate production.
  • Work begins only after advance payment confirmation.
  • The client must complete the project questionnaire and provide required materials.
  • Script development begins based on the provided information.
  • Script is shared for approval before production proceeds.

Phase 2 – Project Completion

  • Upon approval of the preview version (watermarked version), the remaining balance must be paid.
  • Final deliverables (without watermark) will be shared only after full payment clearance.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials
  • Deliver feedback within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–2 business days)
  • Ensure that all supplied materials (logos, images, product details, etc.) are legally owned or authorized for use

Delays in feedback or materials may affect project timelines.

6. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the proposal.

  • Script revisions are allowed within reasonable limits.
  • Minor animation and editing revisions are included as agreed.
  • Complete re-creation or major structural changes after approval may incur additional charges.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

We aim to maintain clarity and transparency at every stage.

7. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project :

  • A written cancellation request must be submitted via email.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 10 days of project initiation.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting work completed, production costs, and administrative expenses.

Once production has significantly progressed, advance payments may become non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon full payment :

  • The final delivered video becomes the property of the client.
  • The client receives rights to use the video for marketing, advertising, and business purposes.

Konnect Me Video retains the right to :

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials
  • Use excerpts for promotional purposes

If a client requires NDA-based confidentiality, this must be agreed upon in writing before project initiation.

9. Third-Party Assets

Projects may include:

  • Licensed music
  • Stock footage
  • Fonts
  • Third-party plugins

Such assets are governed by their respective licensing agreements. Clients are responsible for adhering to usage limitations of licensed content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Konnect Me Video shall not be liable for :

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses arising from use of produced content
  • Delays caused by client-side actions or external factors

Our total liability shall not exceed the total project fee paid by the client.

11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without permission.

 

Clients are responsible for clearly identifying confidential materials before project commencement.

12. Amendments to Terms

Konnect Me Video reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

 

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
